Return & Ordering Policies
We do NOT Cancel orders after they are placed
We only accept returns for store credit within 10 days of the day your order was delivered.
We do have a 3-5 Business Day Turnaround & that is Monday -Friday often it is sooner than that but please allow this time
Ordering & Return policy :
JEWELRY IS NON REFUNDABLE >> Please do not order Jewelry if you even think you may want to return because it is not an option. Unfortunately people try to wear and then send back or in the past we have received jewelry back not packaged correctly and its broken upon arrival to us.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, odor free , no makeup stains, and all tags still attached.
In the case that you need to return an item we offer merchandise return for store credit only - NO Refunds.
Jewelry Needs to be inspected upon arrival if something is broken or damaged please contact us immediately. If you contact us after the initial day of delivery with a damaged item of jewelry we will no longer accept responsibility for that piece of jewelry since it has been in your custody and we are unaware how you have taken care of it. Please do not contact us weeks after having your item with damages. That would be like using a diaper from Walmart & taking it back saying it’s used and you want a refund. Not gonna happen once they are in your hands it is out of our control how you take care of it! 😁
